Snappy provides a slick, web-based interface that shows both the USPTO email and the client-ready version. We transform that legal jargon into a polished, on-brand email your clients will love. From there, you can log time, assign tasks to attorneys (like reminding them to follow up on foreign filings), send the email to the client, and even copy it to your docket system. Easy peasy, penguin squeezy!

Is My Data Protected?

Absolutely! Snappy Penguin doesn’t store any of your emails or client info. We just interact with your email provider, docketing service, and public databases to do our magic—without keeping anything. That means we're fully compliant with all state and federal privacy laws.

What Platforms Does Snappy Penguin Currently Work With?

Right now, Snappy works with Microsoft Exchange and Gmail email servers, and we’ve got seamless integration with Clio. But don't worry—we're just getting started! Expanding to other legal practice management software (like WebTMS) is on the horizon. Big things are coming!

You bet! Snappy will soon spread its wings to assist with contested matters in District Court, TTAB, and the patent world.
